1. Application Usage

You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes and not in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

1.1 Device Permissions

Depending on the application, access to device permissions such as camera (for barcode scanning), geographic location (for location features), contacts, call logs, audio recording (microphone), or system alert overlays may be required. By using this application and granting these permissions, you agree to their processing in accordance with our privacy policy.

1.2 Game Services, Local Data, and Advertising

Some applications and/or games may use third-party services such as Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and cloud save features. They may also store game progress, preferences, session information, and cached data on your device through local storage mechanisms, including localStorage where applicable. If advertising is enabled, the application may display ads from partners such as AdMob or AppLovin. By using these features, you acknowledge that the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies may also apply.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, and other materials in this application are owned by OnyetCorp and protected by copyright laws.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 02 July 2026

0. Scope

This policy covers our public applications and games on Google Play. Data practices may vary depending on the specific app, game, enabled features, age designation, and third-party SDKs used. Most of our utility apps do not require account registration or direct login. Some games may optionally use Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and similar game features.

1. Information We Collect

2. Data Usage

We use your data to:

3. Storage and Security

Your data may be stored locally on your device/browser or on secure servers/trusted third-party platforms. For our offline-first applications, all call logs, contacts, CRM databases, and audio recordings are stored strictly on your device's internal storage and secured using SQLCipher encryption with a unique, device-specific key. No personal data from offline-first applications is ever transmitted or uploaded to cloud servers or any third parties. We take reasonable steps to protect all data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Some features may rely on third-party providers such as Google Play Games Services, Google Play services, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, payment providers, and advertising networks including AdMob and AppLovin. These providers may process certain data under their own terms and privacy policies. Where required by platform policy or applicable law, we may limit, disable, or avoid initializing certain SDKs for child-directed or child users, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services used by the application or game.

5. Information Sharing

We will not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers or business partners only as needed to operate core features, provide sign-in or game service functionality, deliver ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary. For offline-first applications, since all databases and audio recordings are stored strictly locally, you retain absolute control over retention. Uninstalling the application or clearing the application data (Clear Data) through your system settings will permanently, immediately, and irretrievably delete all local encrypted databases and recording files from your device. Most of our apps do not require an account, but cloud data related to third-party services (like Google Play Games) is retained under their policies.

7. User Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at: onyetcorp@gmail.com. You can also manage camera and location access permissions through your device settings at any time, and you may clear locally stored data through your device or browser settings where supported.

8. Children's Privacy, COPPA, and Child-Safe Advertising

We recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy. Where our application, game, or online service is directed to children under 13, or where we have actual knowledge that we are collecting personal information from children under 13, we will take steps intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), including providing notice and obtaining verifiable parental consent when required by applicable law. Where ads are shown to children or users of unknown age, we intend to use child-appropriate ad configurations and supported SDK settings designed to avoid interest-based advertising.

9. GDPR and Other Applicable Laws

Where applicable, we aim to handle personal data in accordance with relevant privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR principles for users in the European Union. Where required by applicable law, Google Play policy, or our advertising partners' requirements, we will request, manage, or honor user consent for advertising or certain data processing activities, including by using consent tools or SDK settings where appropriate. Depending on the app and the data involved, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data under applicable law.
